Source images are retained for no more than 24 hours and are never used for model training. Generated videos are retained for 30 days unless deleted sooner.
What we process
We process account identity, order and credit records, two uploaded images, generation settings, provider task identifiers, and the resulting video. Stripe handles card data.
Retention and deletion
Source images are removed after provider preparation or within 24 hours. Generated videos are retained for 30 days unless deleted sooner. Provider cleanup failures remain in a durable retry queue until completed or escalated.
